石井 慎一郎 Shinichiro Ishii

Dr. Shinichiro Ishii (PhD) qualified as an ISM assistant in August 2015. He is a professor for the school of rehabilitation (physical therapy division) at the Kanagawa University of Human Services. He is the author of the Japanese book ‘Clinical Application of Motion Analysis: Putting Clinical Inference Based Biomechanics into Practice’. 私は神奈川県立保健福祉大学に勤務しています。 1990年に社会医学技術学院理学療法学科を卒業しました。永生病院リハビリテーションセンターに勤務し、主に整形外科疾患の理学療法に従事していきました。 2003年国際医療福祉大学大学院修士課程修了後に現在の職場である神奈川県立保健福祉大学に就任しました。 主な専門分野は、バイオメカニクス、骨関節系疾患の理学療法です。 Diane先生の統合システムモデルとの出会いは、私の理学療法士人生において、とても重要な意味を持ちました。 統合システムモデルの考え方に基づいた臨床、研究、教育を行っています。

秋吉 直樹 Naoki Akiyoshi

Naoki Akiyoshi qualified to become an ISM assistant for Japan in August 2015. 2003年早稲田大学人間科学部スポーツ科学科を卒業.スポーツ選手をサポートする仕事に従事したいと考え,2006年国立病院機構東京病院付属リハビリテーション学院理学療法学科を卒業し,千葉県にある整形外科クリニックに入職.外来にて主に運動器疾患の理学療法に従事しながら,ラグビーやサッカー,野球などスポーツ現場での活動にも取り組んできた.また,ヒトの動き(バイオメカニクス),特に姿勢制御や運動制御に興味を持ち,2013年国際医療福祉大学大学院福祉支援工学分野にて保健医療学修士を取得(現在,同博士課程に在籍中).これまで胸郭や骨盤,下肢,頭頸部・肩甲帯の統合システムアプローチについて学んできた.人々の健康に関われる理学療法士という仕事に魅力とやりがいを感じている.特にスポーツ愛好家(子ども~高齢者)やアスリートの理学療法に関心がある.

城内 若菜 Wakana Shirouchi

Wakana Shirouchi qualified to join the ISM team as an assistant in Japan in August 2015.   高校時代にACL再建し、スポーツ復帰を目指す中で理学療法士の仕事を知りました。怪我で復帰できないもどかしさを強く感じ、こんな思いをする人が少しでも減ればいいなと理学療法士になりました。2001年に西日本リハビリテーション学院に入学し、2004年に卒業。大分県の川嶌整形外科病院に就職し、2008年に石井美和子先生に教えていただき、初めてThoraxのコースを受け、Diane Leeのコースを学び始めました。現在は熊本県の成尾整形外科病院で勤務しており、脊椎疾患の患者さんを多く見ています。統合システムモデルを用いて、目の前の患者さんへより良い治療を提供できるよう日々努めています。

Lasse Liikanen

Lasse was inspired to take his studies in manual therapy after having suffered from recurrent injuries during his active period in sports of rugby and martial arts. He started as a sport massage therapist in 2008 and moved quickly to study more kinesthetic approaches to improve his skills and enable better treatment outcomes. He graduated as Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013, and was inspired to attend ISM mentorship after a course held by Diane Lee in Helsinki during the same year. Dustin Palsson

Starting her journey at the University of Winnipeg, Dustin completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, and then moved to Ottawa to complete a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. During her last year, she participated in an internship at NeuroGym Rehabilitation which ignited her passion for helping others achieve their best potential in ways not traditionally thought possible. Dr. Hollis Herman (Holly) has been a physical therapist for 41 years. Her passion is musculoskeletal function and dysfunction in Women’s and Men’s Health and is Board Certified as an Orthopedic, Women’s Health, Biofeedback Specialist.
