Cancellations & Refunds (Live Classes)
We reserve the right to alter the schedule or cancel this course. If this course is cancelled by us a full refund will be provided. If a course registrant cancels prior to the beginning of the online portion of the course is open (usually 30 days prior to the in-class part of the course), a full refund minus a variable administration fee depending on the course will be provided. After the course has begun (i.e. access to the online prep material has been provided), there is no refund – the course has started.

Refunds for Online Courses
If you have purchased the course in error please do not start the course and contact us to resolve the issue. Online courses with more than 1 unit marked complete are not eligible for refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
