Trish Gipson

Trish graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and then from McMaster University with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences (Physiotherapy). She is certified as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy, as well as with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. She has also taken extensive post-graduate training in pre/post natal care and pelvic health. Trish has completed her certification in the Integrated Systems Model with Diane Lee, and is honored to join the assisting team. Trish has experience working with people of all age and fitness abilities, but has a special interest in treating pelvic floor disorders and working with new moms and moms-to-be. In her spare time Trish enjoys running, playing volleyball, doing yoga and snowboarding, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Hollis Herman (Holly) has been a physical therapist for 41 years. Her passion is musculoskeletal function and dysfunction in Women’s and Men’s Health and is Board Certified as an Orthopedic, Women’s Health, Biofeedback Specialist. Holly is an AASECT certified Sexuality Counselor and an ISSWSH Sexuality Fellow.  She has pioneered physical therapy evaluation and treatment of problems that involve urologic, colorectal, obstetric, gynecologic, reproductive and sexual medicine. Miwako Ishii

Miwako Ishii graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan College in 1994 and started her professional career as a physiotherapist at Eisei clinic in Tokyo. She worked in the field of orthopedics for 10 years, mostly patients with spinal disorders. She put her energy into researching 3D motion analysis of those patients and in 2005 received a master’s degree in Health Science from International University of Health and Welfare in Japan. She noticed that many of her female patients with lumobpelvic pain  also experienced urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse and/or constipation. Her journey and interest in women’s health care started from there. In order to further her career, Miwako moved to PhysioCenter, and in 2009 she founded Physiolink, a private practice, in Tokyo.
