Hi, My name is Jo Abbott(Nee Rainsley)and I am a Biomechanist,Clinical Anatomist and Sports Nutritionist, currently studying my Doctorate in Biomechanics. I am part of an Elite Team of Sports Science Professionals who on a day-to-day basis test, support, train and educate our clients to either optimise their performance in a particular sport,or regain control of their life and live life pain-free. Helen Keeble

Helen Keeble BSc (Hons), MCSP is a passionate and devoted chartered physiotherapist and an Integrated Systems Model graduate. No matter the cause or duration of the problem, she adopts a holistic approach to treatment in aim of long term resolution rather than symptom management. Helen has a particular musculoskeletal interest in the role of biomechanics and spinal/lower limb problems. She admirously was chosen as one of the official physiotherapists to work at the 2012 London Olympic Games. Helen is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (Reg No. PH82012). She has a down to earth and realistic approach to each treatment plan which is unique to every client.
