World renowned and ceaselessly dedicated, Dr. Lin opened the doors to Rehab and Revive as a facility to treat and heal patients with revolutionary methods, which in 2016, was named Neuromechanical Therapy (NMT)Dr. Lin is the highest rated Physical Therapist in Southern California on Yelp.com for the past 5 years. He was a former adjunct professor at Chapman University’s Doctorate Program for Physical Therapy located in Irvine, CA. He was also clinical faculty at San Diego State’s DPT program where he mentors PT students.  He has contributed to Tom Ashbrook’s “On-Point” segment on NPR, as well as newspapers in syndicated columns, and his Youtube Channels have hundreds of thousands of views.

He has worked with professional athletes and celebrities in pioneering the growth and adoption of the NMT system, and regularly donates his time for community health outreach. He has been tested and earned the coveted Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) by the governing body the Institute of Physical Art. The rigorous and intensive course work takes over 1000 hours of extra training, education, and practice before testing.  He is one of only 300 CFMTs in the world. Dr. Lin’s holistic approach to pain management has been largely influenced by his esteemed mentors, Dr. Gary Kaplan, Director of the Kaplan Center for Integrative Medicine and the author of Total Recovery, and Gregg Johnson, co-founder of the Institute of Physical Art, and founder of Functional Manual Therapy.  In 2015, Dr Lin graduated from a one year intensive mentorship program with Canada’s famed therapist, Diane Lee.   Through her Integrated Systems Model (ISM), he refined his expertise in the rib cage/thorax and pelvis.

Author of Amazon’s Hot New Releases in September 2014, Rehab the Mind, Revive the Body: Foundations for Healing.  Dr. Lin is no stranger to being published, while he was a student at Boston U his professor Kate Burak, published a book Writing In The Works, in 2007, 2009, 2012, and now in it’s 4th edition in 2015.  His influential memoir has inspired many internationally and is used to help future writers find their voice.  Writing in the Works is used at the University level in language schools, and the internet.

Dr. Lin grew up in Irvine and attended Boston U where he earned his Masters of Science and DPT at Marymount U.  In the community he stays in touch and involved with his Alma Mater, University HS (Irvine), he organizes reunions and is Scholarship Chair for a service scholarship at Uni High. He is presenter for local companies and university students wanting to learn more about health topics, office safety, and ergonomics.  He volunteers as sports therapist for the Santa Ana Pony Baseball League.  He has a public health initiative to educate those with the correct health information.  He hosts a free Youtube called “Our Health Channel” to talk about latest and trending information as well as interviews the best providers about what they do well.  He was a health columnists for The Notice in Orange and Los Angeles County from 2012-2016 writing articles about health for the community to learn how to empower themselves.  He is a contributing writer for http://www.PThaven.com for professional development.
