Daisuke Tatara 多々良 大輔 I graduated from the Kawasaki Junior College of Rehabilitation in 1997. I used to engage in a physiotherapy for hemiplagia. after stroke. Lately I work at Fukuoka Shion Hospital and see people with orthopedic disorders like spine, knee or shoulder problems. I have learned about the Integrated System approach for several years and began assisting Diane on her courses in Japan in 2014. The theme which I’m most interested in is physiotherapy for spinal degenerative disease. 1997年に川崎リハビリテーション学院を卒業した後、脳卒中後の片麻痺に対する理学療法に携わり、現在は福岡志恩病院で脊椎、膝関節、肩関節における整形外科医療に従事しています。 これまで胸郭や骨盤，下肢，頭頸部・肩甲帯の統合システムモデルについて学んできました。最も興味があるのは成人脊椎変性疾患です。

Yasumitsu Umeda
Yasumitsu Umeda 梅田泰光 Yasumitsu qualified to be a junior ISM assistant in October 2017. I graduated from the Fukuoka International Medical Welfare College in 2004 and have been involved in physical therapy in the acute and recovery orthopedic field. I work for at Chikugo City Hospital in Fukuoka and see patients with degenerative diseases of knee joints, sports injuries and general trauma. I began taking courses with Diane Lee in 2007 and have studied all of the materials pertaining to the Integrated Systems Model. I enjoy providing the assessments and treatments tailored to each patient using the ISM approach. 2004年に福岡国際医療福祉学院を卒業し、急性期と回復期の整形外科領域の理学療法に携わってきました。現在は、福岡県にある筑後市立病院で、膝関節の変性疾患やスポーツ外傷、一般外傷に対する理学療法を行っています。2007年からDiane Lee 先生のコースを学び始め、これまで胸郭や骨盤，下肢，頭頸部・肩甲帯における統合システムアプローチを学んできました。これまで学んできた統合システムアプローチを用いて、患者個々に合わせた評価・治療を提供してきたいと考えています。

石井 慎一郎 Shinichiro Ishii
Dr. Shinichiro Ishii (PhD) qualified as an ISM assistant in August 2015. He is a professor for the school of rehabilitation (physical therapy division) at the Kanagawa University of Human Services. He is the author of the Japanese book ‘Clinical Application of Motion Analysis: Putting Clinical Inference Based Biomechanics into Practice’. 私は神奈川県立保健福祉大学に勤務しています。 1990年に社会医学技術学院理学療法学科を卒業しました。永生病院リハビリテーションセンターに勤務し、主に整形外科疾患の理学療法に従事していきました。 2003年国際医療福祉大学大学院修士課程修了後に現在の職場である神奈川県立保健福祉大学に就任しました。 主な専門分野は、バイオメカニクス、骨関節系疾患の理学療法です。 Diane先生の統合システムモデルとの出会いは、私の理学療法士人生において、とても重要な意味を持ちました。 統合システムモデルの考え方に基づいた臨床、研究、教育を行っています。

秋吉 直樹 Naoki Akiyoshi
Naoki Akiyoshi qualified to become an ISM assistant for Japan in August 2015. 2003年早稲田大学人間科学部スポーツ科学科を卒業．スポーツ選手をサポートする仕事に従事したいと考え，2006年国立病院機構東京病院付属リハビリテーション学院理学療法学科を卒業し，千葉県にある整形外科クリニックに入職．外来にて主に運動器疾患の理学療法に従事しながら，ラグビーやサッカー，野球などスポーツ現場での活動にも取り組んできた．また，ヒトの動き（バイオメカニクス），特に姿勢制御や運動制御に興味を持ち，2013年国際医療福祉大学大学院福祉支援工学分野にて保健医療学修士を取得（現在，同博士課程に在籍中）．これまで胸郭や骨盤，下肢，頭頸部・肩甲帯の統合システムアプローチについて学んできた．人々の健康に関われる理学療法士という仕事に魅力とやりがいを感じている．特にスポーツ愛好家（子ども～高齢者）やアスリートの理学療法に関心がある．

城内 若菜 Wakana Shirouchi
Wakana Shirouchi qualified to join the ISM team as an assistant in Japan in August 2015. 高校時代にACL再建し、スポーツ復帰を目指す中で理学療法士の仕事を知りました。怪我で復帰できないもどかしさを強く感じ、こんな思いをする人が少しでも減ればいいなと理学療法士になりました。2001年に西日本リハビリテーション学院に入学し、2004年に卒業。大分県の川嶌整形外科病院に就職し、2008年に石井美和子先生に教えていただき、初めてThoraxのコースを受け、Diane Leeのコースを学び始めました。現在は熊本県の成尾整形外科病院で勤務しており、脊椎疾患の患者さんを多く見ています。統合システムモデルを用いて、目の前の患者さんへより良い治療を提供できるよう日々努めています。
