Rebecca completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University, earning an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology with a Minor in Gerontology. She then went on to achieve her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, where she was awarded the Ontario Graduate Scholarship for both years of her studies.
Since graduating, Rebecca has worked in multidisciplinary clinical environments treating individuals with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Rebecca is dedicated to continuing education. She has been certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and has completed courses in orthopaedic manual therapy and Real Time Rehabilitative Ultrasound. Rebecca’s Kinesiology background and Real Time Ultrasound training guides her clinical focus on core muscle activation and specific exercise prescription. She also works with Capnography to assess and treat breathing dysfunction in conjunction with manual therapy and exercise.
