Hi Diane,

I wanted to take a minute to thank you again for your investment in me as your model for the Montana APTA conference. I was thoroughly impressed with the conclusion that you came to and it has helped me so much as I continue on this path of healing. Knowing where to put my focus has been extremely helpful and has saved my summer as I cancelled the FAI surgery for May 1st. I have seen enough progress that I know I can participate in some fun summer activities (rafting, hiking, biking) and if needed, I will re-visit the idea of surgery in the fall. I had come to the conclusion that the FAI was the reason I was not recovering from the MVA but you determined otherwise and I am grateful. You had said that the insight and understanding about the thorax/ribs had been given to you “as a gift” while on an airplane one day and that gift has been passed onto me and others. I had been praying for a divine answer about the surgery and the source of my problems and your gift was an answer to my prayers.

I was also really inspired by your focus in Yoga, it is something I have wanted to do for a while but was not sure where to start. I would like to start with a good home video; do you have any recommendations for a video instructor who might give some modifications?

I am also interested in coming over to your clinic sometime once it is established. Did you say it was going to be on the US or Canadian side of the boarder?

Well, again, thank you for your willingness to have a volunteer; I was a grateful recipient of your expertise and perspective about the impact of ribs as the driving force of SI and other dysfunctions.

I have been able to apply these concepts to several patients and they definitely can relate to feeling “twisted” or immobile in their ribs once it was brought to their attention.
Attending your course was a great investment in my career and person life.
